Overseas shipping is a Afleet delivery solution that allows you to ship items from any of your favorite stores anywhere in the world to your doorstep. You can also export items from Your current location over 230 locations worldwide, including the UK, USA, Ghana, China, Germany, and Canada.

Do you ship all kind of items?

Yes, excluding items prohibited by law enforcement agencies. The size of your item is no barrier as special arrangements are available for supersized items

How do I track my shipments?

You can track it by inserting your waybill number into the “track tab” on your Afleet delivery, Ecommerce merchant portal or website homepage.

What type of vehicles are available for delivery?

 

Depending on the size of the shipment, all of the following are available to be used for delivery.

  • Motor Bike
  • Car
  • Mini Van
  • Truck

 

What happens if the rider cancels my request?

 

Pick up will be assigned to another available rider. Shipping fee will also be refunded if the customer cancels the request.

 

What happens when a shipment gets damaged or missing?

 

This rarely happens but in the event that it does, Afleet delivery will make full refund to the customer based on the value declared of item(s) missing or damaged.

 

Can I create multiple shipments with 1 waybill number?

 

Yes, you can. Provided that all items are going to one receiver in a single location.
